Football
#1
Hey guys,
I am on my highschool's football team!@!@ This is not the first time i have played for them (played last season) and i have never really bragged about this achievement. This is my 5th year palying football and i started for all my teams except last year (i was a freshman and i was scared). If you must know i'm 6'5 1/2" weigh 245lbs and bench 230 (so pissed i can't do a damn pull up >.<). I grew two inches over summer and gained 30lbs. I'd like you all to know i'm not a dumb jock, actually have the 2nd highest gpa (grade point average for those who don't know). Back to football... I'm the starting left Tackle and work hard everyday to mantain my starting position (except on the weekends =p). I also half the position of nose-tackle on defense with my fellow teamate that starts right tackle (he's 6'6" 255lbs.) Every four plays we switch out. Another thing is my football team is VERY small. Only twenty one players! I really think i'm posting this as an achivement is because i survive all the damn running our conditioning coach makes us do. I consider it an achievement to still be alive. I will have proof of this sometime soon because, our local newspaper came and took a team shot (i'll put a red box around myself). I'm not only posting this because i'm proud of myself but, i'd like sg to get to know me a little better and for my friends to wonder why i'm not as active as i normally am (for my slower friends; I'm AT FOOTBALL SO I CAN'T PLAY). Thank you all for taking the time to read my achievement. Also, My name is Derrick Wilson (i'm white i know it's a black name) and i have the drive and dedication to play devision one football. You'll see my on espn one day :p.
sg players that care,
Derrick wilson
P.S. Don't "troll" because it is in letter format. :troll:

Here is an article online for our local paper http://www2.jcfloridan.com/sports/2011/a...r-2252970/

28 pounds of the 30 pounds is fat, organs, bone, etc, not muscle. If you want to do a pull up, do negatives and eat more protein; preferably your own lean body weight (not overall body weight). Do you happen to know your body fat percentage? I could calculate your daily macro nutrients for you to lose fat/gain muscle, gain muscle/no fat, or just maintain your body.

Congratulations on making the football team.

You didn't spell anything wrong.

245 x .125 = 30.625
245 - 30.625 = ~214

214 grams of protein per day. Try to split up the meals in six meals so that your body is constantly gaining protein. Eating it in just three meals, or even one for that matter, would result in diarrhea. Your daily macro nutrients are as followed even if you don't want it (if you do, PM me and I'll make you a proper nutrition):

3210 calories total
214g of protein (chicken, fish, turkey, etc) - 856 calories
71g of fat (avocados, olives, nuts, salmon (omega-IIIs are a must!), etc) - 639 calories
429g of carbohydrates (complex carbs - before practice - pasta, rice, bread) (simple carbs - after practice (replenish glucose levels) - fruits and vegetables) - 1716 calories

Again, if you wish for me to make you a nutrition plan, I wouldn't mind at all.
