Hello. My name is Hellz Demon. I joined about a week ago. I understand that my game-play time is not very high, but i can tell this is a great server with phenominal staff members, a stable economy (which I know is very hard to maintain), and an uncountable number of players. For all current staff members you must know that this truely is an outstanding server and it is an honor to be a staff member. This is to not only to show my abilities that i offer if I was a staff member of SilabGarza, but to thank the current staff and owner for this magnificent gaming experience. I hope the server lives on long past most other servers, as they cannot offer the experience that this server does. Thank you SilabGarza staff, and here is my staff aplication. My username is Hellz Demon, and my actual name is David. I currently live in the Midwest state Iowa of the United States of America. I am 14 years old and have many RSPS experiences thorughout my "career".

My RSPS staff experience range all the way from Moderator to server owner. I used to own DS (I don't wanna tell any server info as I do not know these policies), a semi-popular server with 30-40 people online at a time. I could not keep up with the players demands and sold the server to a friend. I understand the difficulties of running an RSPS and am humbled at how well you do your job. I have been mod on about 7-8 servers, admin on 2-3 servers, and Co-owner on 1 (not including promotions).

I think I would be good at any staff position because I am very respectful and will help people that need it. But enough with the regular information. I am a very understanding person. I can control situations without getting angry. I would never abuse any power given, as I know the havoc this can cause to a server. I can relate to all the staff because I have been there. I've been that mod, admin, co-owner, and owner. I understand the stresses that come with the position. Although I may not of played on such successful servers as this one, but I look forward to the opportunity to experience it for myself. I can give tips to players without telling them what to do. I give them the challenge of actually thinking and making their own choices which I have noticed seems to be lacking in many servers. I will gladly give my input on situations, and give ideas for future updates.

I have played servers for many years, around 3 or 4. As I mentioned before i used to own a server. I ran this server for 2 years and made much progress with the understanding of coding servers and the stress and difficulties that come with owning and operating a server. I know this is very difficult and it is awe-inspiring to see the advancements this server has made as a whole compared to other servers. I could not ask for anything more but to be a part of a truely revolutionary step forward for all of the RSPS world.

You can expect me to be playing from 2-3 hours a day on weekdays and around 5 on weekends (events permiting). I can guarantee that whenever I can be on, I will be on.

Once again, I would just like to compliment this whole community, and the server staff. It is incredible to know that someone like me could live through the experience of a lifetime like this one. If I could be a staff of a community this large, and this close-knit would be insane. I cannot even explain how incredibly excited I am to play this server day in and day out. I love this server, all of its players, its staff, and its owner.
