Well, I'm going for 200M XP in Thieving, I'm 15M XP at the moment but I need your advice for the next goal!

What's the next fastest/quickest non-combat-skill after Thieving?

If I do Agility, is it just the Gnome Agility Course all the way? (NET)?

i'd say agility because its no cost
after agility u could do firemaking which would cost u a decent amount of cash
