When i try to make picture sigs i dont have some of these options on cs4 cuz i have cs5

You can't do anything but get CS4 or below. C4ds are imported into the program as .png files so that shouldn't be a problem.

You need to download CS5 extended, it gives you the recent tools and everything else.
