I can't even get in-game because I'm banned. Not only was I unfairly banned, I was promised to be unbanned forever ago. It's been around three weeks now. (Yes, that is forever.)

To top it all off, I purchased some rsgp when the black market section first opened and I still haven't received it. I wanted to play RS today, but I couldn't even get back into cause I had nothing. Would have helped if I had that money.
