It's been a good year. When I first started the clan, it was just Peter, me, and a lot of hope. You guys have helped us grow into the largest, most successful clan SilabGarza has ever seen. With Yakezuka's help, we gained our own subsection. We flourished with passion, rose up against those that laughed, and helped build our own little community. We held lots of events (with lots of prizes from donations), and I had a lot of fun.
Yesterday, I went through my friends list and saw just how many I met through this clan. I realized that without this clan I probably would never have become a moderator, become player of the year, or even have stayed with SG. It's been a huge part of my gameplay here, and I thank you all for this time.
However, the clan has been sick for several months now. We've tried invigorating it with everything we had, but it's become painfully clear over time that the clan has been dying. Many of the friends I made through here have moved on from SG, and I believe that it is finally time to close.
I never thought that something like a clan on a private server would have such an effect on me, but it's happened and I thank you all for joining together under the banner of Imperium.
