They have participated in events, given donations, joined the clan chat, and/or talked to other members recently. Though they may not be the oldest or highest-donating members, their activity and sportsmanship should serve as models for others.[/SPOILER]
Their powers are the same as regular members, though they do have priority pick at clan drawings.
