You joined on the 17th of July, it's now the 7th of Octber, but the application was made on the 16th of september.
That means that you where only a member of the forums for 61 days.
The requirement to post an application is 90 days, because it's 3 months.
That surely means that the application should be declined anyway?
Also, I know that you put you've played 3 months In-Game, but I've seen no proof of that.
