Pretty sure you do warn/jail someone there first time, depending on the situation. If it was questionably a DC, u just warn them. If it was a legit xlog, u do jail them.. Every single staff member flames someone at some point, get over it. Staff isn't there to be nice to people, they are there to help people. Stop baiting people just because you can't be a mod yourself.
