A few days ago i was just doing my pvming as usual when i saw a strange pm from ameer2. He asked how i was doing and said that he wants to restart playing again, so we talked for a bit. Then, out of nowhere he asked if i could lend some gear like vesta/bandos with claws or an ags just to have some fun. He said that he would return it in a few days, he just needed something to start with.. Of course, remembering him as an mod back in the day i gave an ags and a bandos set. Right after the trade he said he'll go make a burger and immediately logged out. A few minutes later i put the picture together and understood what had just happened.. so i asked a few friends if they knew who's using ameer's account. The next day i saw Brittany online and asked for help. I asked if she could check who was using ameer's acc and then i finally got a name - stefan. I had seen people talking about him scamming in cc before, but i never thought it would be in this manner.. Anyways, stefan was online when Brittany told me his name so i immediately pm'd him, also Brittany told him to give my stuff back in the cc. He said that he staked the items and had no money left, but he'd earn it back in a few days.. Which didn't happen. This text seems too long already, so i'll just cut to the fun part. Yesterday i pm'd him again, asking when am i getting my items back and now i finally got a date - today. But we made a deal that it'd happen after 24 hours (because i was leaving for a party and i wouldn't be home earlier). So, today i log in and a few hours later i see him, wearing lunar and a divine! Imagine my surprise..He said he had pk'd it from someone and that he'll sell it and give me my stuff back. Now come the screenshots from this conversation and a few minutes after it. I apologize in advance for flaming him, but come on, i had a reason to be upset.

In conclusion, it's all just about ags and a bandos set, but the way this all happened was just pathetic. I mean, using an ex-mod's acc to "borrow" items and after being revealed just lying and flaming? Pathetic. Attention seeking. No-one even knew who he was before he started scamming. After my little chat with him i started a flame war in cc for which i apologize as well, but in my humble opinion, people like this should never have access to the server. I come to play every day for the fun of pvm and competing in various skills with other members of the community. I love seeing drops from bosses, getting skills to 99/200m xp, helping new members by giving them free items, whether it's a whip, vls or some armour, but in this case, a bit more than free items.. But when something like this happens it makes me lose my faith in people, it feels bad that i could be used this way just because i was helping new players. I want nothing more than to help SG community to rise to it's former glory, but apparently that's not enough.
Ok, now that i see this text i feel bad for writing so much, but i just wanted to explain the whole situation, because taking advantage of my kindness was too much. Please consider baning him because of the multiple reports of scamming. I hope there is a way to keep him off this server for good..
