Seems like you're getting a DDoS a lot on this server.. Here's a little tip. Don't tell people or even the people playing on the client the IP you're connecting to. Whether it's a static IP (fake, such as no-ip) or even a regular one, it's pretty stupid to do so. Just change the IP in the client and simply JAR it up and upload it into the directory of where the regular web client's JAR file was at; if there's even a JAR file there.. If people can't connect, don't risk the IP address. Just tell them to make sure they're connection is fine..
