[COLOR="Teal"]Guys to clear this up, you don't need to be 3 months in, it's just there to tell you how much experience you're probably going to need.

I think I'm striking 3 months now, I was about 2 months in when I got mod.

Pog had been around for a month when we was appointed moderator.

It's all about How good of an asset you'd be to the server, not by being the "exact" on the requirements page.[/COLOR]
