Have no computer right now, and haven't played ingame much lately anyways.
You used to be able to safe spot the whole 63 waves or what ever, but you can't now.
One way of doing it is getting a bunch of barrage runes and good mage bonus.
The freezing effect actually works on the monsters in there so when there is like the rangers and the magers etc, you just freeze say the 360 (mager) run far enough for him to not be able to attack you and then attack the rangers.
This worked for me, I got to wave like 60 and then my computer lagged me out and I died.
The normal runescape safe spots don't work because they walk through the friggen walls.
