Playing other servers as an applicant isn't too encouraging to us as the reader. The automatic notion you get from this is that chances are you'll probably be playing other servers at the same time while being a moderator for SilabGarza (assuming you do get hired), when there would be much better applicants who would dedicate their time solely to the server.
Your activity is incredibly low, more inactive staff members is not what we're looking for now right now. You should have gotten more active and involved within the community before even considering to submit an application.
I don't like how you portrayed yourself throughout the application, it feels like you're literally entering the application for the hell of it. The explanation of why you should be chosen is weak and unconvincing, you literally stated nothing that sets you apart from everyone else. Instead, you only said you had the ability to help users, which everyone has the capability to do. You should have included qualities you have that make you stand out as an applicant (ones that a moderator should have preferably). From this explanation, I honestly would have no idea whatsoever how you would even handle a situation.
