Your time spent on SG per week is low compared to other applications.
I don't see you helping much in-game, but that could be because I don't play in-game much anymore.
As others said, you're banned off the forums constantly, and have a good number of infractions.

On the other hand, I liked your explanation, for the most part.
I also like the number of activity points you have accumulated.
You've been around for a good amount of time, so you know what is to be expected.

All-in-all, i'm going to have to say no to your app.
I'm going to refrain from voting in case my decision changes int he future though.
