I didn't plan on posting on your application because I know you'd disagree with me, which is what I'm going to comment on. If someone disagrees with you, no matter how politely they may put their opinion across, all hell breaks loose and you have your little tantrum. Being able to see both sides of an argument, even those you may not like, is a vital social skill that you lack.
Yes you can enforce rules and you're strict, which is all great, but if you can't keep your cool when someone is being difficult, you'll never be worth the trouble.
