It looks like a skill cape that is black, with silver trimming and I believe the max capes is like that.[COLOR="Silver"]

This is a max cape trimmed and what I assumed it looked like:

if you decompile one of the classes you can find a list of added items like the phats which are bronze-barrows plus lime and lava too. And I think the cape is this, name = "Master Cape (t)";
