I didn't know you were already told not to do this, if you want to apply for a rank I suggest more experience in both the forums and inside of the clan. Plus if you ever do get the chance to apply again make sure you know your rank and have better reasoning behind it.

I do not have any new 99's, but I am currently working on getting 200m exp in fishing and woodcutting.
