What do you mean?
If they wanted help then I'd be able to use the system, but that would also mean that they're most likely frustrated with whatever issue they have. I want to test it, but not so much that I hope someone is having some sort of problem.

While it's been in beta stages, the chat system has been used actually quite a lot. It's used for anything, really, from ingame questions to client help even.
If you come on to chat it's fine, but keep in mind we might be a little busy answering other questions lol.

In order to use the system, just ask for help with the little chat box at the bottom right of your screen.
To be one who answers the questions, you just need to ask Britt (since you're fmod) to setup an account for you.

Sounds like an awesome feature.
Maybe you should make all Forums Staff the ability to ban on it?

Helpers on there are allowed to ban them from the add-on.
If they're really bad, they're able to ban them from forums as well, if need be (hopefully it never becomes that bad).

I remember last year, some people were upset about having the ribbons. Glad it's not the same this year. >_>

Thanks for raising awareness on such an important issue.
