It doesn't necessarily mean you did anything wrong. It means someone who has the same hostname as you did.
In this case, it was someone trying to hack players on the server by changing his hostIP constantly, so we blocked the login host (you two share the same host apparently) and as a result it has hostbanned you as well.
Until the situation is under control and the user has decided to give up, you're unfortunately going to stay hosted till a) he quits b) gir decides enough is enough and removes it.
You can leave him a VM/PM asking him to check your appeal. Till then, there's nothing I can do

Thank you and no I haven't. Pretty annoying as I spent a fair bit of time leveling and gearing up my chars as well as donating around 70-80usd
