Something to consider.. Felicia has been here for almost 4 full years.

4 x 12 = 48 months. There has probably been periods where she (Assuming it's a girl, I just don't personally know Felicia) has been more active than other times. Seeing as how she has been an admin, I'm sure she was a staff member for a good few months each time. Others maybe less, others maybe more.

In regards to "being active as a player" I'd say the same thing that I said on gta's app-

Think theres some better apps out, also why would u apply again if you've had it that many time already?
Give some of the other apps a chance.

I think Josh also raises a good point. Staff can't always rely on repromoting summer soldiers to make up for the slack in staff.

With that being said, I'm not voting yes or no. You're obviously capable of handling it, and if they feel they need you, they will promote you. I think non-staff opinion holds less merit in regards to applications anyway.

I'm a little concerned that you've already been mod six times as there would be a reason each time you were demoted whether that's from inactivity or other causes.
I'll hold my vote for now
