Then you're going to need to find some bank tellers, preferably some that aren't afraid of jail because when you start off they will have to cheat some of your customers out of some money, because who has enough money to start a bank right away?

After the bank is build you have to lease some signs on the side of the streets advertising your bank.

If you want to get it kickin soon you need to also buy a strip club that people can only go in with proof that they are a part of your bank, by doing that you can make a kind of credit card that will show they belong to your bank.

At that point you can charge interest out the ass from the card because there's hookers so they won't care.

Now you have quite a bit of money, you can consider running for president because you can buy out the votes.

Not going to go into much detail but once you're president you talk to Koreans about dictators, then start your plan.

Once it works out, you can force everyone to use your bank or be beheaded, you'll be rich in no time.
