not everyone needs max cash
things shouldn't cost max cash unless max cash is easily obtained.

the 50m mark was based on the average amount of money users had
i scanned through people's accounts and found most people had under 50m, so most people weren't even affected by this
a usual bank has 1m-30m, then a few with 500m+ so the choice wasn't hard to make[/SIZE]
