It's just people on this server are tired of seeing new people makeing mod apps and suspecting to get mod.
Sorry if some people are a little harsh but that's why.

You should at least play 3+ months on this server, get well known, and get 300+ post on the fourms. I'm pretty sure their are more reqiurements, but that's all i can remember.
Just Try and make another app in the future, than maybe you'll get mod.[/COLOR]
