Britt's reason for that *rule* is for a overall forum moderator which manages everything like Wergy. But my section that I am applying for cannot hurt anyone in game. Im not gonna mess with ingame. I'm applying for the download section which has nothing to do with ingame and I won't be disturbing any staff jobs.

Well I'm glad for your opinion, though I cannot say anything to that or improve but I guess we have our own reasons.
