But that honestly has nothing to do with the amazing staff member you were.
I know you have only just returned, but you know exactly what you're doing, and you know how to handle anything you need to handle.
When I saw "Masons App" I was thinking, well dang, he has only just come back.
But then i thought twice, as I always do, and remembered just what you have to offer.

He's been a staff member before, not to mention for quite some time meaning he has plenty of experience. Quitting and just coming back has not one reference towards doing a great job and he's helped greatly in my opinion. Just because he's by the stalls doesn't necessarily mean he has to go to others ask what the problem is or even help them. They should come to him, not the other way around.
