they're taking their time even tho they say they're going as fast as possible
however since it's easter they dont have a full team at the center to help
so they're doing what they can

Thanks for the update, been sitting here on the forums since yesterday and I cannot tell you how glad I am to hear that they are at least still working on it. I guess that sitting here for nearly 14 hours shows how much of a life I have. ^^ Yet almost the whole time I was logged out to make sure I didn't boost my online time. SOZ!!!
