If you have trouble, follow these steps:
1. Type ::Activity and press enter
2. Press the Screenshot button in the top part of the client (downloaded, not webclient)
3. Go to tinypic.com
4. Upload the picture (it will be in the screenshots folder in the SilabGarza v7 Client folder)
5. Paste the link with the [IMG] [ /IMG] tags

If you're using the weblclient
1. Type ::Activity and press enter
2. Press the printscreen button on your keyboard(should be near the home, end, delete area)
3. Go to Paint or Publisher
4. Press Control+V or Paste
5. Save the image
6. Upload to tinypic.com
