Punishing is fine as long it is due for a reason of breaking one of the rules of Silab Garza. I would always give 1 warning before a punishment, depending on what the person had done the punishment would be.
Enjoying what you do is better for the community in the game because you are most likely not going to leave, or not do your job properly if you enjoy what you do.
