lol'd.

OT: You're my friend and all but I don't think you'd take the position as seriously as it demands to be taken.
Sadly I had to vote no.

You're really good at capturing irony.

Honestly, Zach, I can't really say yes. You're a great person, and a great friend, but I can't see you being a successful moderator. Hey, maybe I'm wrong. But the way you've been acting the past few months shows me your attitude/demeanor, and that's not the type of staff we need right now.

Basically these. Sorry, bud.

You're a good friend but I really can't see you as a moderator. You don't really understand what the job contains, and your explanation was really bland.

For the few of you saying, I'm too immature for moderator, Being a moderator is a job, I may be immature around friends, But work is serious, There's a time for maturity and a time for immaturity.

You're right, however, 90% of the people around here will judge you by first sight, and assume you can't be serious. You screw around and have fun a lot, and because of that, most people think that's how you're going to act if promoted. That's probably not true, but you need to prove that you can be serious in order to get their votes.

It isn't easy, but it's not a shallow person's decision if you get promoted or not.

Not that my opinion truly matters all that much but...

I've known Zach for almost two years now and he's easily one of my best friends on here. He's perfectly capable of joking around, but he's also one of the most mature people I've met on here. Him and I have shared numerous conversations on things I wouldn't bring up to just anybody on here.
He's came to me when I was down and helped me through all my troubles, and I've done the same for him. He knows and understands his limitations and wouldn't be posting this if he didn't think he could do it.

Just my two cents.

Well, I hope you weren't taking from my post that I was calling you immature. I know you're not immature. But, I have seen the way you've acted the past few months; whether it be picking on others or just being rude to others. You've also been very kind and caring. I truly hope that you don't think I'm judging you on one aspect when I'm voting on your application. I just don't see you being a successful moderator. That may change in time as I see how you act with an application up (considering I wasn't really around for the first time you applied, just when you were declined).

With that said, don't take any of this to heart if you truly don't believe what I'm saying is true. This is my personal opinion, and I hope that you respect that. Like I said in my previous post, you're a great friend, and I love the conversations we have. I'm just telling you the honest truth.
