On-Topic: I voted no. You don't know all the rules. Once, when i saw a person selling a RuneScape account, and another asking how much for it. So i said reported and took a Screenie. Then you told me that Buying/Selling RuneScape accounts is aloud [COLOR="Red"](Which i know its not), and told me that if it was against the rules to Buy/Sell RS accounts that you would give me 1b, but you never did.
