well rs3 generates more revenue per player so they would obviously prefer if a higher proportion of the player base played rs3, there in lies the reason to be salty I guess

They also prefer any players at all (that pay) on OSRS than just a few on RS3 of wich they make money off. People that already played RS3 up until the birth of OSRS will most likely not switch to OSRS, thus leaving its current playerbase intact. OSRS is made for those who quit when EoC and perhaps evens such as Wildy removal came out, and now want to come back and experience what they used to love.
That's why I don't see why they'd be salty about seeing such a large mass playing 07, it's not people that switch over, but more like new potential customers.[/SIZE]
