it's not lag, its just all the players appearing, overall its causing less stress on the server
think of it like this
100 people are at fally
1 player teleports to fally
instead of loading 100 players, it'll load a few at a time every second instead of all at same time

Free25M doesn't ruin economy because you receive 25m every 24 hours for voting. It's not like people are gonna stack up these rewards and all of a sudden be rich. It's 25m per day, less than you get for theiving for 10 minutes.

You fixed Veng too! Now when I veng my opponent and everyone around me doesn't disappear.
