She said that in the application. Besides, I don't see why forums posts affect an IN-GAME application anyway. Some of the best staff members had well under 300 posts when they started. If you're going to decline, give a better reason other than the typical post count thing that everyone complains about.

You're more than capable, just up the post count and you should do well. I don't see why it's a requirement but it is, so it's best to get it anyway.
