Everything you said literally is what 95% of the applications have said before, lacking creativity in that sense. You need to talk about other qualities that you have as a moderator, besides the generalized items that everyone usually says. You should have also continued to be active on the forums and waited to post the application. Don't post an application just because you can \ want to, post it because you know can benefit the server positively.

You made your application look very long with a big font. That's probably a 2-3 liner. In my opinion, no. Your 8 months of playing might get you somewhere, and 35-40 hours a week, is pretty good. I'd remain undecided. :/
