Lowest level with fire Cape? [Not donated]

With how many times the cave glitch and users don't get attacked(I had 7 fcape before I got spawn) I'm not impressed

If your a donator you can get fire cape and then reset your level back to 1, so if your a donator don't say you got or post that a donator has it. Thats nice man. You guys all saying its easy lets see some pics of you all with it on. Since it's so easy XD

Well nice though but i dont think you got it by killing jad. would almost be impossible doing fight caves with a level 3. and without prayers.

then when i got 1 i accientaly alched it when getting mage up :/
