OT: Dunno, they're stalling more than anything and told us it will 100% be working by midnight tonight, but as it appears, they tend to lie and BS a lot so it's a waiting game.

As for compensation, we're probably going to get the files off, have them refund our money and change hosts to a better one that actually gives a damn about us.

Respect went out the window two days ago when they said it'd be up in an hour and lied about that.

its better to not go off on them trust me i have dealt with many situations like this and be calm best you can i have ran many types of gaming servers, cod servers, cs servers minecraft servers, many other gaming servers in my own community's and trust me only way to be is straightforward to the point and not to go off on them, or they will stall even more. maybe try giving them a call again like you said, ask for the manager again to get something done

Going off on them is what's gotten the progress that's been done so far.

Had I not "gone off on them" they'd still be trying to reset the password.

alright then, then next step just try giving them another call explain to them whats going on, ask for a manager keep them n phone till you can get into cp [server files whatever] until you get in keep them on the phone. and just keep calling instantly back if they don't do anything for you
