evrytime i have asked him for help he has answerd me within seconds, he is always on so its good to have that in a staff member
he has gone out of his ways many times just to help me, and i have seen him to the same for other people. and he always sticks up for me when ever people are being mean to me and tells them to leave me alone, i love him so much. nicest person on SG since britt (Y)!!

Not sure if you getting banned by Travis from chat box is a good sign it self as it may ruin your chances, even though chat box and in-game are different.
