I actually support him. Although he does not have the recommend amount of time, he HAS been an admin on another server. Although sg is different from the other server, but i guess you can say hes had some sort of experience. Everyone deserves a first chance.

all im asking for is a chance, I don't see why that is so hard for people to understand, to give?

ps: I've had experience with every ranking.

4 years is a while, feels like its been 4 months tho.

4 years ago the maximum capacity of RSPS' was like 20 players, that wasn't hard to get AT ALL.

My opinion's on your application are as follow

1: You have no respect for players who you know are correct.

2: You are trying to jump into bigger shoes than you can fit too fast.

3: You and 1 other member of the staff team on my opinion need to be demoted because of your lack of know-how in how to be a moderator.

4: You're extremely desperate.

5: I've been on the server the past 2 days and not even seen you online once, your app says you play 60 hours a week, I say take the 0 from that statistic.

6: If ANYONE was to get administrator at the moment, it would be Snowe.

7: Get people to like you before making an administrator application, you'll get nowhere without respect from the community.

8: You aren't even a helpful moderator, you think you are, but there are posts about you all over the forums ranting about you and showing proof that you don't help.

9: You don't reply to PM's because you say that's not your job, but in fact your job is to reply to Pm's, you can't expect players to find you to ask for guidance, you're supposed to answer them.

10: This application says to give you a chance, you're using your chance now, and you're holding on by a thread, watch your back, because if you don't start helping out a hell of a lot more I can assure you, you will be demoted, whether you think it's true or not, I'm telling you, you will.

You keep on going on about your crummy 4 years, that's actually nothing.
I ran my server from 2003 to 2006, then when I stopped my server I was co-owner on 3 servers, Which I have proof of. Up until 2009, 2009 I quit RsPs in february because I moved house 4 times because of my mum and dad splitting up Etc, but I came back to them in July after I went away on my Dad's 40th birthday.
I then joined a top server which I am currently still a moderator on as well as the forums moderator.
I'm not making up reasons why I would be better than you, I'm stating facts that 4 years is nothing, and myself and other's have more experience than you.
I've seen players who have got no experience who can do a better job than you, so get doing your job.
You think you're doing it all right, and you're obviously not because you're getting so many rants, get your act together.

Also, out of the 3 new moderators, you're doing the WORST.
RedWolve is a million times better than you because he actually knows how to deal with cases, unlike you who stands around saying "IDK," and, "that's classified information"
