Have you ever thought of looking up how to fix private server problems? Even though I never saw you ingame once yet, gl.

If you know it all why don't you help him out by providing a solution to his problem? I don't recall you posting on his help thread. Sounds rather hypocritical that you're pointing out that he's unable/too lazy to solve a problem while you aren't doing anything either.
