No. I simply say this because I don't like your personality and there are others a lot more capable of the status of moderator than you. Don't take it offensively but, how do you know when your on when it counts? That makes you sound a bit conceited.

- NOTE: If you don't understand why I think your a bit conceited.

1. When you say your on when it counts, it seems that you think when your online you have the ability to resolve all conflicts and disputes.

- OTHERS :

1. If your other applications were denied why are you trying again? You've obviously had chances before but you took them for granted?

2. In your application you said that you were stuck up and mean, how would this help you become a moderator in any way at all? Unless your inferring that Gir would only make mean and stuck up people moderators.
