gir, u should put it exp rate extremely high for like 1 week so people can obtain their skills back, then put exp rate back to what it was before. that would be good to start the server back off

Not too high though, too high means way too easy means people getting bored REAL quick. Then again it is just skills.

I won't like the idea of extremely high XP rates, but that's just me, have to do what's best for the server in this case and in order to keep players from being bitchy, a high XP rate would be a big plus.

The drop party sounds like a really bad idea to me though, that's going to do nothing but piss off the people who don't get anything.

If your going to do anything, I'd suggest an increase in the starter cash? Instead of doing a huge drop party, just increase the starter's cash for a week to flood the market with gold, combining that with a high XP rate, people will easily get skills back and have money for items, the only thing we'll have to do is get off our asses and get drops for items back.
