I've heard from a couple of mods since they became MOD they lost alot of friends , you have to let some of them slip.

Usually before you're a mod, you're friendswith everyone, talking, training whatever.. When you become a mod, and your "friends" start to do something fishy and they expect you'll let it go.. Seeing how you do your job, you don't let it go and they get pissed off because they said you "changed" when in reality, you're just doing your job.. Your "friends" thought differently and acted like idiots just because you were promoted.
