No, I'm saying no just because you haven't been here that long. I understand you were here before but that doesn't mean you deserve the spot. You may edit the Wiki but that is much different than being a moderator, especially on a server of this capacity. You need to have more support, obviously and you already come off as a tad cocky. You might not see it, but I'm sure others do and that is not a good thing to mix with authority and power.
Slow it down a bit, keep being active and apply another time. You're a good guy and I think you'd make a good moderator in the future once you get your roots further planted.
