Another player and I spent the entire month of June, and part of July judging staff activity based on a point system. Here's a list of the staff that were above you in activity:

They are in order from most -> least active

You were a 6/10, while everyone else was a 7+/10

1) Joshy
2) Chicken Wing
3) Gta
4) Chosen 0ne
5) GoogleSlayer


Every one of them had more activity than you did for the entire month of June, and part of July. So don't say you were more active, because you were not.

Staying logged in and not doing your job won't get you promoted as you can see in Naters case.
He wouldn't do anything other than login and talk to you, so he got demoted.

In Google's case, he logged in, helped hundreds of people, did reports on forums, and waited till someone else was on so there was at least 1 staff member on.
Joshy logs in, helps people, and logs out when he's bored or tired.

No offence to either of them, but Google was far more proficient in his work than any of the other moderators as well as maturity and attitude.

I think it's a matter of timezone. I'm at GMT +3, and I see Derk online all the time.
