That means that you where only a member of the forums for 61 days.
The requirement to post an application is 90 days, because it's 3 months.

That surely means that the application should be declined anyway?
Also, I know that you put you've played 3 months In-Game, but I've seen no proof of that.

i do meet req cause i played over 4months ingame i started of with my bros acc.
