YES! for sure, let him be mod.

Although ive quit now, as a result of a busy life... I still talk to Matty a fair bit on msn, and I played with him quite a bit too, hes a great guy, a team player, an ideas man, always willing to help out, and seems like he would become an important part of the Moderator community.

If I were Owner, personally, I would give him moderator status, as he looks quite promising.
