Being a moderator isn't just about punishing rule breakers. It's about persuading them to change their ways. Even as a normal player, you can talk to them and get them to see why they shouldn't be breaking the rules.

Your grammar needs to improve. Greatly.

Forget about my other reasoning, I find that I was wrong; I apologize. Another thing, I don't see the point in people picking you out by your grammar. There's a reasoning behind that; he's Dutch and his grammar may not be the best since obviously he's foreign, but for Dutch people I'd say that's above average. I really shouldn't have been careless and taken this easily to consider about, therefor, I'm sorry. You can tally up the Yes's and No's, and meanwhile doing that, forget my vote as a "No" and count it as a "Yes" since I'm changing my mind.
You'd be a great candidate, seemingly, you have great potential. You may not have the best or good grammar, but at least it is understandable, so I don't see why that should be an obstacle interfering in the way. Agreeing with the Rep4Rep, I figured it wouldn't be considered as a good excuse for not supporting you hence Moderators as well committed this mistake. Thus, I'd have to change my mind, and support you on receiving the rank.
