He stated in the title, "I'm Here to Stay". Unless you know for a fact that he is leaving then by all means go against his application, but as far as I'm concerned, he is staying. Where's the faith and trust nowadays? Without faith and trust, where is the community? My assumption is that you've known him for quite some time so why not trust him?

What does a few emotions and quitting once have to do with being a great staff member? You're going to assume that he quits once, he will quit again? Everyone has their emotions tied up in a bunch every now and then. You act like you've never been cocky before. You act like no one's ever been cocky before. You act like you've never had an attitude on here with someone before.. You act like you've never broken the rules which I'm sure everyone has at least once here.. You act like you're all oh so perfect and he isn't, right?

Judging from your time on the forums, you're a great person, well known, funny and you've been apart of staff before, so I see no reason to not have a second chance.
