Cool update dudes but a word of advice... i 2nd prestige fletching and plan on making all my own stuff.. and i find that i can't fletch arrow shafts. is that broken? other dudes say they can do it

if you wear the cape, you get 3x... if you wear the cape AND regular stuff, you only get 2x. and if you wear nothing, you get 1x[COLOR="Silver"]
